Strong foundations from the pelvic floor up.

Chia Ling Mah
Chia Ling graduated with honours from the Singapore Institute of Technology, in partnership with Trinity College Dublin, with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy. She spent 6 years in the musculoskeletal outpatient department at Alexandra Hospital.
Her interest in women’s health began during a professional in-service on diastasis recti. She saw how much specialist knowledge in this area remains untapped, and felt a clear calling to help bridge that gap. This led her to shift her clinical practice towards musculoskeletal and women’s health.
She is continuing her training in pelvic floor dysfunction with the Australian Physiotherapy Association, and with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute.
Outside the clinic, Chia Ling enjoys pilates, running, and lifting weights. She speaks fluent English and Mandarin.

Best thing about being a physiotherapist? The privilege of walking alongside the women I work with through their ups and downs. I find real joy in encouraging and supporting them as they work towards their goals. Watching a woman gain confidence and grow stronger through her recovery is the most rewarding part of the job.
How do you embrace life? By staying curious and keeping my heart soft. I surround myself with deeply connected, nourishing relationships, and make time for the things that spark joy. That way I can show up fully for the women I see in the clinic.
Guilty pleasure? Instant noodles.
