We make sure all our new patients feel welcome, safe, and taken care of. Think of us as your partners in health and well being: we want to make you the driver not the passenger in your life.
Onsite, we have access to Real Time Ultrasound, Therapeutic Ultrasound and Biofeedback.
We are baby/kid friendly- change table and toys are onsite to make your appointment as fuss free as possible.
To ensure things run smoothly, please fill out the pre-appointment form sent to your registered email address.
During your first visit, the Physiotherapist will ask a lot of questions, review your history and any investigations you may bring along.
The physiotherapist will make a diagnosis and educate you on the course of action, set goals with you and discuss your prognosis.
There will be ample opportunity to ask questions- don’t be shy!

Sometimes life just gets in the way. But, we do value my time as much as you value yours. Where possible please provide 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Missed appointments will set you back in your recovery, so we ask that wherever possible you keep all your appointments.
If you:
- miss/forget or cancel with less than 24hours notice, you will be charged at the full cost of the appointment.
- cancel or reschedule the appointment with more than 24hours notice no penalty.
This fee is not covered by insurance bodies and must be paid by the patient.
If you have Physiotherapy coverage on your insurance policy, your session may be claimable. Please verify with your insurance provider and inform staff at time of payment. We can provide you with a hard copy receipt on request.
At the end of your session, upon payment within 24hours you will be emailed your receipt. Please ensure that we have the correct email on file.
If you have a referral letter or investigations, please do bring them along. Feel free to email or Whatsapp them ahead of your scheduled appointment.
Comfortable clothing and shoes appropriate to exercise in and to keep your toes safe!

Only clients of the clinic have access to our exercise classes. If you would like to attend our classes, you must book in for a pre-exercise class assessment with our physiotherapists. To learn more about this appointment and our classes click here.
We really wish we could predict the future, but sadly we can’t answer this question without having first heard your story and assessing you. We encourage you to book in for an appointment and check with your physiotherapist.
